Your Returns Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return it to us for a full refund / exchange. Items must be returned within 14 days of the date shown on the dispatch notice to the below address. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. All we ask is that you send the item back to us in the original packaging with the original labels still intact and with the completed returns slip. Which can be downloaded below:


How Do I Return An Item?
  • Pack/Re-pack the item in a seal bag with labels/tags still attached. 
  • Complete the returns slip

PLEASE NOTE: You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a signed for service and remember to keep your postage receipt, as we will not be held liable for missing parcels. 

How Long Does It Take To Process My Return?
We aim to process your return ASAP, normally within 2-3 working days. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you we have received your returned item and have issued you with a refund.
PLEASE NOTE: It can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show in your account, dependent on the card issuer.
